Here Quite the most shockingly loaded local plan consultation advert ever. The paper itself is a classic example of a ‘dodge the issues paper’ not mentioning where housing should go and taking the plan back 5 years from the previous Greater Exeter preferred option. It doesnt mention at all meeting the needs of other land and environmentally constrained authorities.
