Sevenoaks Council Have Become the Nasty Troll of the Planning World

In Internet slang, a troll is a person who starts quarrels or upsets people on to distract and sow discord by posting inflammatory and digressive, extraneous, or off-topic messages 

Sevenoaks are trollimg a fine indpendent planning inspectpr whp would have come to the same conclusion of anyone else.

What happened in West Kent was a conspiracy between its members not to ask each other to provide housing and worse not to work togther to look at proper strategic planing conclusion.  In marked constrast to everyone else, because, contrary to law and national policy they treated a policy constraint (Green Belt) like an absolute plannning constraint.

They inevitably will lose so their trolling is to distract from their incompancy and terrible political decision making.  What is more I firmly believe the actions of their chief planner and head of policy are totally contrary to the RTPI code of professional conduct in dispareging the conclusions of a planner on personal not professional grounds ‘just one person’ etc.  A disgrace.
